Base: 95,600.00 – 125,720.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, Paid parental leave at 100% of salary, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays, Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of project or construction management experience
  • 3+ years experience with managing technical infrastructure with respect to MEPSF systems
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline
  • PMP certification or ability to pursue
  • Solid understanding of the construction industry
  • Strong proficiency with computer applications including Google Suite
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Clarizen and Procore
  • Willing/able to travel as needed
  • On-site client-facing position
  • Strong organization with proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform duties under deadline pressure
  • Detail oriented and thorough
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
