Job Summary

• Relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with advanced coordination and control, positions, builds, tests, repairs and modifies production mechanical and electronic components and instrument.
• Reviews project instructions and drawings to ascertain test specifications, procedures, objectives, test equipment, nature of technical problem, and possible solutions such as part redesign, substitution of material or parts, or rearrangement of parts or subassemblies.
• This job has no supervisory responsibilities but may provide technical leadership to lower-level technicians including carrying out lead responsibilities in accordance with applicable regulations and laws and the organization’s policies and procedures.
