Job Summary

  • The Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) Specialist will be responsible for the development and technical support of HSE systems, processes, and programs at the RTP site with a focus on OSHA Physical Safety Programs.
  • Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: regulatory and corporate HSE compliance for the site, coordination of assigned HSE activities for the site, tracking and trending data necessary for the safe operation of RTP, site HSE improvements, and influencing business and strategic planning.
  • Lilly operates a new state of the art Parenteral, Device Assembly, and Packaging Facility located at the Research Triangle Park (RTP) in North Carolina.
