Job Summary

  • As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies and programs for all levels of employees within the Hotel.
  • You will be involved in preparing and monitoring individual development plans, organizing and delivering training activities, and supporting employees through learning and development opportunities.
