Must-have
3+ years mainframe database experience
DB2 and IMS subsystem environment setup
SMP/E product installations
IBM Database tools or Omegamon usage
z/OS, MQ, CICS, RACF, and JCL knowledge
Nice-to-have
Hands-on DB2 V13 and IMS V15.5 upgrades
REXX proficiency for automation
IMS databases administration activities
DB2 for z/OS Mastery Certificate
Collaborative team member mindset
