Responsible for the timely and successful installation of KLA products at customer sites, primarily including the scheduling of resources and the management of the overall installation and post-installation process.
Directly manages a team of Product Install Engineers, oversees installation performance, and proactively escalates issues to ensure projects are completed according to plan.
Engages frequently with subordinates, customers, and management-level peers, delivering technical presentations on project status, schedules, and outcomes while managing costs through effective resource allocation.
