Job Summary
The incumbent will directly report to the SVP of Group Risk to lead the Group Risk and Compliance function for the entire PCCW & HKT Group.
Responsibilities include setting the strategic risk management vision, developing compliance frameworks, and leading Business Continuity Planning for high-risk incidents.
The role requires partnering with the Risk Management Committee to review policies and ensure adherence to the Group's defined risk tolerance.

Key Requirements
Minimum 12 years relevant experience
Recent experience in risk management role
Reputable degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
Professional certification in Internal Audit or Risk Management advantageous
Experience managing insurance programs across regional offices
