Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Administer medications, perform treatments, and maintain resident records, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation, and equipment and supply management to ensure efficient and safe operations within the nursing service department.
