Job Summary
The Facility Manager will oversee all shift operations including Processing, Packaging, Manufacturing, Food Production, and Order Fulfillment to ensure consistent product delivery.
This role is accountable for P&L performance at the site and must lead operational management teams by making data-driven decisions that maximize shareholder value.
The position requires partnering with Quality, Safety, and Compliance teams to ensure facilities maintain state regulatory, OSHA, and company quality standards.
