Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the primary contact for transaction inquiries.
Responsible for maintaining the Master Demand Plan, coordinating with plant operations for schedules and deliveries, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings.
Provides timely reports on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history to support various departments.
