Job Summary

  • Be the go-to expert for technical sales support, field troubleshooting, and warranty resolution.
  • Collaborate with commercial and service teams to improve equipment reliability, reduce warranty costs, and support sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of technical resources including Equipment manuals and troubleshooting guides, training materials and support checklists, spare parts lists and accessories price guides and technical bulletins and documentation updates.
