Job Summary

  • The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the management and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the clinical department, planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical care systems and for client health outcomes attributable to clinical practice.
  • Leads all aspects of the counseling/social work programs including Psychosocial Assessments, conducting groups, facilitating family therapies, and developing, implementing, and reviewing Treatment Plans.

Key Requirements

  • LPC or LCSW required
  • Master's Degree in clinical, psychology or social service related field
  • Five or more years' experience in addiction treatment
  • Two years' experience in 24/7 inpatient/residential treatment
  • Two years' supervisory/management experience
