Job Summary

• Join Haleon’s Quality Supply Chain (QSC) team and help us improve the performance of our manufacturing operations through data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement.
• This role is part of our Graduate Rotational Program and will begin with a rotation at our Guayama, PR site on the Operational Excellence team and help us drive efficiency, quality, and innovation across our manufacturing and supply chain operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Graduation by August 2026
• Eligible to work in Puerto Rico and the U.S.
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Willing to work onsite full-time in Guayama, Puerto Rico
