Job Summary

• Lead and coordinate sanitation activities to ensure the cleanliness of plant facilities and equipment in compliance with food safety standards and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Create, update, and maintain all sanitation documentation, including the master sanitation schedule and communicate with Production and site leadership to plan and schedule daily and weekly sanitation activities.
