Job Summary

  • As a PRN licensed Occupational Therapist with Sycamore Trails PA, your job responsibilities will include assisting with Resident treatments throughout the facility, in our SNF and LTC Units.
  • The Staff Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records.
