International project experience
IoT and AI implementation knowledge
Change management experience
First-Class Architect license
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years practical experience in FM, PM, or Design
At least 3 years in management or team leadership roles
5+ years specific experience in HVAC/plumbing design calculations
Fluent business-level Japanese and English communication
