Job Summary

  • This role rotates across teams and gives real, practical exposure to device lifecycle, store systems, MDM and packaging, ticket triage, retail hardware and inventory workflows, and operational runbooks.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by writing clear step-by-step articles for common fixes and onboarding checklists.
  • Shadow IT Operations engineers on patching, monitoring, and routine maintenance tasks, supporting automation and runbook updates.
