Job Summary
Responsible for performing various testing procedures in a laboratory environment for quality assurance, ensuring conformity to physical and/or chemical specifications.
Ensures implementation of Electrical tests as per applicable standards, coordination with production and customers, and maintenance of equipment calibration.
Participates in continuous improvement activities, reviews ABRA & SOP, and leads Lean Light House deployment with factory operations team.

Key Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Electrical engineering
5 to 7 years experience
High Voltage switchgear industry experience
Experience in electrical switchyard component testing
Understanding of IS/IEC standards
Ability to understand electrical schematic drawings
Fault tracing and solving capability
Experience in Testing/Calibration/service field
Handle customer inspection independently
Knowledge of equipment calibration and certification
