This role coordinates day-to-day operational management and technical aspects of Respiratory Care while ensuring internal and external standards are met.
The incumbent acts as a subject matter expert in Neonatal and Pediatric Respiratory Care, serving as a clinical consultant to nursing and medical staff.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, an Associate's degree from an AMA-accredited Respiratory Care program, and current Ohio licensure.

Key Requirements

Current CPR card and PALS certification
2 years formal clinical leadership in Respiratory Care
4 years progressive career development including critical care
