Job Summary
The Dietary Aide assists with food preparation and serving of meals, cleans eating, cooking, storage, and serving areas, as well as equipment, and follows established policies, procedures and standards.
Responsibilities include serving food to residents according to individual diets and preferences, maintaining foods at proper serving temperature, assisting cooks with food preparation, and clearing plates and trays.
