Job Summary

  • This role supports pregnant and postpartum women with substance use disorders through comprehensive, multi-disciplinary care including telehealth and in-person visits.
  • The Peer Recovery Coach serves as a motivator, ally, and advocate to help patients achieve and sustain their individual recovery goals.
  • The position requires maintaining a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days on-site at expansion locations and 1 day at the One Hundred Oaks clinic.
