Must-have
Deep understanding of HVDC valves technologies
Masters degree in power electronic systems
Proven experience in converter topologies
Expertise in VSC and LCC converter technologies
Knowledge of IEC/CIGRE standardization initiatives

Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience with patent evaluation and management
Familiarity with PSCAD and ANSYS simulation tools
