Job Summary
This role reports to the head of the Technology Division and oversees the Asia Application Department covering both Development and application maintenance teams.
The successful candidate will manage a team of approximately 30+ headcounts including developers, tech leads, testers, and business analysts for key front-to-back office systems.
Candidates must demonstrate senior experience as an Application Head with a strong technical background to improve tech standards and drive organizational setup.
