This position ensures a high-quality rollout by partnering with a System Integrator to harmonize master data and processes into a unified global design.
A critical focus involves implementing strong system-enabled financial controls to establish a robust framework for SOX 404 compliance and public company readiness.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years progressive finance experience
5+ years global R2R leadership role
JD Edwards ERP configuration expertise
Full-cycle ERP implementation leadership
SOX 404 compliance and internal controls
User acceptance testing (UAT) management
Nice-to-have
MBA or Master's degree preferred
CPA or CMA professional certification
Experience with SAP or Oracle systems
Strong change adoption training skills
Multi-business unit harmonization experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent)
Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience
Minimum 5 years in global R2R or Controllership leadership
Proven track record leading full-cycle ERP implementations
