Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in Real Estate and/or facility related fields
Experience managing industrial property projects under different contractual models is an advantage
Strong background in project management and contract negotiation
Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP/Ariba
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
