Job Summary

  • Lead and develop the Mechanical & Structural Engineering team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and continuous capability growth.
  • Own the design, calculation, and development of structural and mechanical components of the eSAIL system, ensuring technical integrity across the full product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Automation & Control, Aerodynamics, and other engineering teams to ensure proper system integration and support Operations and Manufacturing teams for design-for-manufacture.
