Support the creation and optimization of the operations performance indicator reporting architecture by extracting systemic data or directly via the Smart Cockpit – ServiceNow interface.
Industrialize and automate data flows between ServiceNow and Google Suite to minimize manual interventions and ensure real-time report availability.
Act as a technical reference (Super-User) for operational teams to support their upskilling on new Google Suite tools.
