Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational functions of the facility that includes but not limited to mechanical system operations and maintenance, health and safety compliance, addressing tenant inquiries, requests and complaints, and developing strategic department directions, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure all systems are operating in an efficient and safe manner and that related safety guidelines set out in provincial Environmental Health and Safety legislation, and company policies and procedures are being met.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of similar experience
  • Certified 4th Class Power Engineer or higher
  • Previous supervisory/leadership experience
  • Ability to prepare and administer operating budgets
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office
