Job Summary
Lead a high-performing professional services organization responsible for developing and delivering custom services and solutions across TR’s Tax, Audit and Accounting, Corporates and Legal Professionals businesses.
Own the Professional Services P&L ($7.5M), including bookings/revenue, gross margin, utilization, and delivery cost structure, while also driving the development of repeatable, sellable custom solutions.
Partner with Product/Engineering and Service Management to feed field learnings into roadmap priorities, improve deployability/supportability of the product, and establish technical guardrails for customization and extensions.

Base: $158,900 USD - $295,100 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual Bonus based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive benefit plans
