Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years maintenance reliability experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering required
Chemical manufacturing environment expertise
SAP PM knowledge and digital tools
Process safety mechanical integrity programs
Nice-to-have
CMRP certification preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
TPM and WCM formal training
Predictive analytics and AI applications
Strong change management capabilities
Key Requirements
15+ years in maintenance reliability operations
5+ years in enterprise-wide leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Electrical or Chemical Engineering
Master's degree preferred
Proven implementation of structured reliability frameworks
