Key Requirements

  • BS or Higher Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Biomedical engineering or related engineering field
  • 5 years or more experience in software development
  • 3 years or more experience in program execution
  • Experience in all steps of the software development cycle
  • knowledge of configuration management tools
  • Familiar with one programming language (Java, C++, or others)
  • Good communication skill in English and Chinese
  • MS Project skills
  • Agile Project delivery
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of business stakeholders
  • Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Experience working in complex software development projects
  • Experience in Agile is preferred
