Adherence to GMP and safety standards
Experience in sterile and non-sterile manufacturing
Knowledge of cleanroom operations and aseptic manufacturing
Ability to lead team performance and track downtime
Strong English and Maths skills with scientific background
Nice-to-have
Lean systems and continuous improvement experience
Green Belt certification desirable
Aseptic block license where required
Previous supervisory or mentorship experience
Understanding of HMI-driven pharmaceutical systems
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent education
Experience in MHRA/FDA regulated pharmaceutical environment
Previous supervisory or coaching experience required
