Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
• Employees must strictly maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information and promptly report any suspected violations of protected health information.
• The role requires frequent assistance with lifting, turning, moving, and positioning residents into and out of beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.
