Job Summary

  • Provide Level 1 IT support in a large and growing corporate environment and deliver exceptional customer service via remote channels including phone and instant messaging.
  • Interpret technical information in a clear, user-friendly way, accurately capture and document user issues in the Service Delivery tool, and identify repeat issues and escalate risks to IT management.
