Must-have
7+ years alternative investor services experience
Asset fund administration and transfer agency knowledge
Agile development process and product ownership
Hedge, Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate expertise
Client engagement and needs assessment skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with AI tools in financial services
Familiarity with IS & wealth management systems
PM semi liquid fund experience in US or Europe
Strong analytical and process transformation skills
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, or Squirrel
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years experience in Alternative investor services operations
Understanding of Alternative Investor Relations and Transfer Agency operating model
Experience leading product development programs in financial services
