  • Serve as subject matter expert regarding system, process and procedure and as a coach to the junior associate on the team.
  • Assist with the development and maintaining of compensation models and prepare recommendations to improve department effectiveness.
  • Communicate with internal/external customers to ensure a high level of customer service and handle direct inquiries regarding compensation payments.

Key Requirements
