The role focuses on the analytical characterization, quality control, and development of novel technologies for gene therapeutic modalities from preclinical studies to market launch.
Candidates will lead automation initiatives by scouting, evaluating, and implementing fully automated end-to-end solutions for characterizing viral vectors like rAAV and plasmids.

GMP principles including data integrity and validation
PhD in Biology or Molecular Biology with 3+ years experience

Programming skills in SQL, VBA, or Python

Fluent English and German language skills
Key Requirements
