  • The role involves supporting the strengthening of National and Subnational Health Sector Coordination, generating sectoral analyses, and integrating humanitarian principles, including accountability to affected populations, gender, age, and disability approaches, as well as the localization strategy.
  • Key responsibilities include co-leading Health Cluster meetings, supporting the information management system (including 5W reporting), contributing to humanitarian planning products (HNO, HRP), and promoting integration of AAP, PSEA, and cross-cutting considerations.

  • University degree in Medicine, Public Health, Social Sciences, or Risk Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in humanitarian or public health sector
  • Demonstrated experience in inter-agency coordination
  • Experience in humanitarian planning (HNO, HRP)
  • Experience in humanitarian information management and analysis
  • Experience working with national and local organizations
  • Experience in Venezuela is required
  • Fluent Spanish
  • Intermediate or advanced English
