• The Nursing Director is responsible for leading and supporting nursing practice across complex oncology specialties, ensuring high-quality, coordinated outpatient care that is patient- and family-centered, culturally sensitive, and grounded in collaborative, team-based cancer care.
• The Nursing Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining the standards of nursing care and practice, partnering with inter-professional and intra-professional leadership to set mutual goals that advance teamwork and the environment of care.
• The role involves collaborating in the creation of annual operating budgets, participating in the development of the Department of Nursing vision, and ensuring alignment with Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute strategy and goals.

• Minimum of 3 years oncology nursing experience
• MSN (or) DNP (or) PhD, (or) BSN with Master’s degree
• Current registration/licensure in Massachusetts
