Job Summary
The Football Graduate Assistant will assist the Head Coach with promoting the football program, recruiting, organizing and running practices, competition coaching, fundraising, and promotional activities.
A successful candidate will be a positive role model to student-athletes, exhibit strong leadership, and help develop leadership capabilities within the team.
The position requires moderate to strenuous physical activity including the ability to run at a reasonable pace and may involve working evenings or weekends.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Acceptance into Lakeland University graduate program
Football and/or coaching experience required
Acceptable driving record required
Legal authorization to work in the United States
