Westgate Gardens Care Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support their therapy team in improving residents' quality of life. The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in PTA, an active California PTA license, and experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Job Summary
Assist the Physical Therapist with resident-related activities and provide direct resident care in accordance with physician orders, treatment plans, and regulatory guidelines.
Treat residents as directed by the Physical Therapist, complete timely and accurate documentation, and maintain a safe treatment environment.
Communicate regularly with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team regarding resident progress, goals, and discharge planning.
