Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of clinical trial or monitoring experience
  • Experience as a Nurse, Pharmacist, or CRC with 3+ years
  • Experience with Phase 2 or Phase 3 development (Phase 1 for oncology)
  • Experience with Global Processes (FDA/EMA Requirements, ICH GCP)
  • Experience managing university and national/public hospitals
  • Experience with Site Initiation phase (2 trials or 5+ sites)
  • Basic knowledge of Issue Management
  • English proficiency (TOEIC 650+)
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, EDC, CTMS
  • Willingness to travel within Japan
