Job Summary

  • The role involves establishing a compliance-by-design framework to maintain pristine regulatory standing for Alpaca's twin ADGM licences while scaling a high-velocity API-driven brokerage.
  • Candidates must chair the internal Compliance Committee, deliver quarterly reports to the Board, and act as the single point of contact for FSRA inspections and enforcement queries.
  • Alpaca offers competitive salary and stock options along with a one-time home-office setup stipend of USD $500 and a monthly Brex Card stipend of USD $150.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages
