As an Associate in Santander’s Los Angeles Investment Banking coverage team, your responsibilities will span a wide range of quantitative and qualitative skills, with strong emphasis on project management, mentorship of junior staff and client interaction.
Associates will develop technical mastery and deal execution skills across all investment banking products including M&A, LevFin and ECM while building a robust professional network, both internally and externally.
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range.
