  • Analyze enhancement requests and translate them into compatible solution designs adhering to existing development objects and design standards.
  • Perform daily monitoring of the helpdesk queue, assign work, and ensure SLAs are met while interacting with customers to resolve issues and propose solutions.
  • Provide daily and weekly status reports for formal review and support other team members through mentoring, design reviews, and code reviews.
