Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
At least three years maintenance or facility operations experience
One or more years supervisory/management experience
Certification or licensure in trade such as electrical, plumbing or HVAC preferred
Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification a plus
Valid state driver's license if required
CPR certification and de-escalation training may be required
