Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least three years maintenance or facility operations experience
  • One or more years supervisory/management experience
  • Certification or licensure in trade such as electrical, plumbing or HVAC preferred
  • Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification a plus
  • Valid state driver's license if required
  • CPR certification and de-escalation training may be required
