The Engagement Assistant will assist in planning, preparing, and leading group activities designed to stimulate older adults with dementia under the direction of the Engagement Supervisor.
Key responsibilities include providing behavioral and emotional support, monitoring client safety through close observation, and reporting participant status to the Client Service Manager.
The role requires physical ability to lift, transfer, and maneuver clients weighing up to 50 pounds within a multilingual and multicultural environment.
