Job Summary

  • Provide on-site support to USCYBERCOM, playing a key role in enabling mission success by enhancing information discoverability, streamlining internal communication processes, and improving the sharing and reuse of critical Cyber operational data.
  • Champion organizational learning and decision support through structured knowledge processes, policies, and collaboration tools, participating in a robust cross-training program and supporting surge requirements if needed.
  • Develop and maintain Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) to guide the flow of information, tested through training and exercises, and optimize the use of the Workload Management System (WMS) by refining processes for monitoring, task assignment, and collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in high-tempo, classified environments
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
