  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives on sales calls and customer visits, acting as a technical consultant to provide prospective customers with professional technical information and conduct product demonstrations, so as to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
  • Provide comprehensive post-sales support, including software and application training, technical troubleshooting, and method development, to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth product operation.
  • Engage with the scientific and industry community, promote the MatChar product line through key applications, industry publications, conference presentations, and patent applications.
