Job Summary

  • Manages a recreational center or facility and in addition, plans and conducts a variety of recreational activities in support of a planned recreation program.
  • Plans and conducts instruction for a recreation activity or specialty, teaches, officiates, and/or instructs participants in a recreational specialty.
  • Manages the operations, maintenance, and use of neighborhood recreation facilities by promoting safe practices, preventing vandalism and abuse, and providing attendant and housekeeping services.
